Echo Han
President & FounderÂ
Echo Han is the Founder and President of Leader Circle, providing strategic leadership and organizational direction.
She holds a degree from the University of Waterloo and an MBA in Financial Engineering from the Schulich School of Business. With over a decade of experience in technology, financial systems, and large-scale project leadership, Echo brings strong expertise in governance, operational planning, and cross-sector collaboration.
Under her leadership, Leader Circle has developed structured, culturally responsive programs that empower immigrant youth and professionals to strengthen civic and economic participation.
Echo has over a decade of experience building full-stack software solutions across pension fund, capital markets, and front-office trading. She has designed and implemented Python-based data analytics tools, large-scale ETL pipelines, and real-time applications that support everything from risk control to portfolio analytics. With deep expertise in Python, SQL, React, and C#, she brings both technical precision and strategic insight to every project.
Grace Huang
Vice-President, Professional Development
Grace Huang leads its professional development strategy.
She holds the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) designation and a Master of Management Analytics from Queen’s University. Grace brings expertise in risk management, data analytics, and career development programming.
She oversees curriculum design, mentorship initiatives, and leadership training, ensuring programs are evidence-informed, outcome-driven, and aligned with labour market realities.
Alongside her volunteer work, Grace is a seasoned leader in risk analytics and credit strategy. She leads a team in monitoring portfolio trends and developing credit strategies that strengthen credit quality and drive business growth. With expertise in data analytics and credit risk modeling, Grace turns complex data into actionable insights and tells compelling stories that support strategic decision-making.
Marina Xiao
Vice-President & Treasurer
Marina Xiao serves as Vice-President and Treasurer, overseeing financial governance, compliance, and sustainability.
With a professional background in treasury management and risk oversight, Marina ensures strong internal controls, transparent financial reporting, and responsible stewardship of funds.
She plays a key role in budget planning, procurement oversight, and Board-level financial review to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and funding requirements.
Professionally, Marina brings nearly a decade of experience in treasury and risk management, along with a strong background in project management. She has played a key role as a Subject Matter Expert and Product Owner in system integration projects, leveraging her strategic mindset and operational expertise to drive cross-functional success.
