Yigang (Michael) Zhou

Senior Associate

BMO Technology Banking – Growth & Innovation 

Michael has a diverse background in asset management, corporate and investment banking, and has helped 3 mentees transition into corporate and commercial banking.


He currently works at BMO Technology Banking – Growth & Innovation Group as a Senior Associate, a joint venture among Capital Market, Commercial Bank Canada, and Commercial Bank US, covering Canadian public Tech corporates and North American VC and PE-backed, EBITDA negative Tech companies, through term loan, revolver, and M&A financing.

Michael holds an MBA from Rotman School of Management and B.A in Business Economics from York University.

Grace Huang

Co-founder and Board Director of Professional Development

Grace is the co-founder and Board Director of Professional Development at Leader Circle. She believes in empowering professionals through mentorship, networking, and skills development. Her passion for volunteering stems from a desire to support the community and continuously upskill herself by learning from others’ inspiring stories.

Grace holds the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) designation and a Master of Management Analytics from Queen’s University.

Professionals can grow together—sharing knowledge, experiences, and encouragement along the way.

Alongside her volunteer work, Grace is a seasoned leader in risk analytics and credit strategy. She leads a team in monitoring portfolio trends and developing credit strategies that strengthen credit quality and drive business growth. With expertise in data analytics and credit risk modeling, Grace turns complex data into actionable insights and tells compelling stories that support strategic decision-making.
