Casper Chen
Director, Internal Job Referral
Casper is a results-driven professional with over six years of experience in the insurance and consulting industries, specializing in business development, strategic relationship management, and data analysis. With a strong background in client engagement and cross-functional project leadership, Casper has a proven track record of delivering growth through innovative solutions and collaborative partnerships.
Recognized for a client-centric mindset, adaptability, and critical thinking, Casper is passionate about creating long-term value and contributing to high-performing, collaborative environments.
Holding an MBA from the Schulich School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Logistics, Casper combines commercial acumen with strong analytical and operational capabilities. They bring a solid understanding of business tools and technology to support data-informed strategies and enhance performance.
Zizheng Gao
Director, FusionFest and Spark2Flame
Zizheng demonstrates a strong commitment to fostering innovation and inclusivity by leading the program Spark2Flame, which is dedicated to empowering underrepresented entrepreneurs through AI.
Further underscoring his passion for connection and unity within Toronto’s diverse communities, Zizheng aims to leverage both technology and the arts. A dedication highlighted by his volunteer work as an Event Director for Leader Circle FusionFest, a cultural festival celebrating diversity and fostering inclusion for executive two years, bringing over 500 community members.
Zizheng Gao holds a Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence from the Schulich School of Business, currently applying his analytical skills as a Data Analyst at Beatdapp, where he focuses on detecting fraud within the music industry.
Harry He
Director, Premium Membership Program
Harry is a dedicated volunteer with nearly 5 years of experience at Leader Circle. Initially joining the organization as a support recipient, he now leads the Premium Membership Program at Leader Circle, where he connects with industry leaders to secure speakers for monthly events and manages a team of 4 volunteers.
Through his commitment to giving back, Harry leverages his unique professional background to create meaningful opportunities for others and generate positive changes in the community.
Harry brings quantitative expertise to his professional and volunteer works. He works as a Desk Quant focusing on developing innovative algorithms and strategies to optimize financial resources and generate liquidity benefits. Harry uses his financial expertise and passion for community involvement to support professionals in connecting and growing together.
Georgia Lee
Director, Leader Spotlight
Georgia is a passionate advocate for inclusive leadership and community-driven growth. As a longtime volunteer with Leader Circle, she has led key storytelling initiatives that elevate diverse voices in finance and technology.
Most recently, Georgia served as the Executive Producer of the Leader Spotlight series, where she interviewed business leaders to showcase their journeys and insights.
Professionally, Georgia brings a strong background in business strategy, technology, and enterprise sales. With experience at leading firms like IBM, she has built a career at the intersection of innovation and execution—helping organizations scale and optimize operation with technology.
Coco Liu
Director, Marketing
Coco is dedicated to advancing the mission of Leader Circle by promoting the value of volunteerism and community engagement. She is also passionate about marketing and supporting LeaderCircle’s events. Outside of work, Coco enjoys traveling and baking, and she runs her own personal dessert brand.
Coco Liu is an operations specialist in the banking industry. She holds a MBA from the Schulich School of Business and a Master’s degree in Accountancy from the Simon Business School at the University of Rochester. Prior to moving to Canada, Coco worked for several years in the pharmaceutical industry in Shanghai.
Erin Zhang
Director, Treasurer
As the Treasurer of Leader Circle, Erin Zhang helps build a strong and transparent financial foundation to ensure the organization can continue supporting the leadership development of women, immigrants, and minorities.
Erin is also deeply committed to community service, with extensive volunteer experience. She believes in a world where everyone gives and receives—and that through mutual support, we can build a better society.
Erin Zhang is an experienced FP&A analyst with broad experience across the education, retail, and alcoholic beverage industries.
Outside of work, Erin is pursuing her dream of opening her own nail studio. She also enjoys summer road trips and discovering cozy cafés wherever she goes.
